Adult Introductory Ballet | Mondays | 10:15 to 11:45am | 18 weeks |

Adult Beginner/ Int. Ballet is a perfect class for those who may have danced in the past or are beginners ready to jump in! There will be a focus on building strong core and proper alignment to allow the body to work economically and easily within it's structure. Barre work, stretching, center floor exercises and combinations across the floor will be introduced and taught for all types of learners. Petite Allegro/ Grand Allegro will also be taught and options for lower impact jumps will be offered as an alternative. Focus on Turning and longer combinations will be integrated into this A love of moving, music, and camaraderie will all be embraced .
Attire: Comfortable leggings, leotard, t-shirts, ballet slippers,Hair back

This class is taken with your child as grandparent/guardian/ nanny or parent. If your child likes to explore get hands on with instruments, move to music and work with props in a guided way join us!/Guardians and Parents are in the classroom with their little ones. Concepts are introduced each class for exploration.
Attire; Comfortable clothing and bare feet.
Creative Movement | Ages 3-5 yrs| Fridays | 9:00-to 10:00am | 18 weeks (Coben)

Instructor: Faith Coben, WSPA Dance Faculty
Faith Coben is a graduate of Cornish College of the Arts, and holds a BFA in Dance. She is currently teaching in Seattle and area studios and loves instructing all Ages. Her playful approach to creative movement engages each student with imagination and passion. She uses props, verbal cues, and imagery to lead parents and their adult guardians.
